Processing Time
The cut-off time for withdrawal requests is from 00:00 to 06:00 AM GMT. Any withdrawal requests submitted before this time will be processed on the same day, while requests submitted after will be processed on the next business day.
Fees
When depositing or withdrawing with MDM, you will not be charged any additional fees. However, please note that payments to and from certain international banking institutions may incur fees, including intermediary fees. Please be aware that any bank fees you may incur are not the responsibility of MDM.
***In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) Act, MDM is not authorized to deposit funds into third-party accounts. All funds withdrawn from your account must be transferred to a bank account in the same name as your MDM account.
***Your withdrawal request will be processed according to the funding source used for the original deposit. For example: If you deposited funds via a debit/credit card and subsequently submit a withdrawal request, the funds will be returned to the respective debit/credit card. This also applies to other payment channels such as PayPal, Skrill, and Neteller. Any profits exceeding the deposited amount will be transferred to a designated bank account in the same name as your MDM account.
